Pipeline & Rig Welding
Across Alberta
BoldArc operates as a fully equipped rig welder in Calgary and across Alberta — truck-mounted, generator-powered, and ready to deploy to pipeline, oilfield, and remote industrial sites. F3-F4 and F3-F3 pipeline qualified. We’ve worked with Primoris on major oilfield projects in Fort McMurray.
We weld to API 1104 pipeline procedures and hold CWB and B-Pressure certifications for regulated pressure work. Whether it’s a cross-country tie-in, a wellsite repair, or a gathering line install — we mobilize fast and weld to spec.
Stainless Piping &
Fabrication
Stainless is one of BoldArc’s core specialties — at the same level as our mechanical and pressure piping. Thin-wall Sch 10 stainless is everywhere in modern mechanical, HVAC, hydronic, and domestic-water work, and it’s exactly where most welders struggle: burn-through, sugared roots, and contamination that fails inspection.
We weld stainless by both TIG (GTAW) and stick (SMAW), in 304/304L and 316/316L, from thin-wall Sch 10 through Sch 40 and heavier, small-bore tubing to large-diameter headers. We deliver clean full-penetration roots either way — back-purged where the spec demands it, or with flux-coated TIG rod where a purge isn’t practical — with no sugaring and dedicated stainless tooling to avoid carbon-steel contamination.
Beyond piping, we fabricate in stainless: catwalks, conveyors and support platforms, tables, counters and custom fab to drawing, tanks, hoppers and vessels, and architectural exposed-finish work. Food-grade and sanitary applications too — full-penetration, inspection-ready welds.
