Clean stainless piping is one of BoldArc’s core specialties, welded by both TIG and stick to a passing inspection the first time.

Clean Roots, Every Time
Proper inert back-purging with no sugaring or oxidation — or flux-coated TIG rod for full-penetration roots where a purge isn’t practical. Our call, to suit the spec and the access.

Dedicated stainless tooling and brushes to prevent carbon-steel cross-contamination — a detail most shops skip, and one that ruins corrosion resistance.
Inspection-Ready
Full-penetration, visually clean welds built to pass. Passivation and finishing where the application calls for it.
Piping & Fabrication
Stainless is a core competency for both partners at BoldArc — at the same level as our mechanical and pressure piping — welded by both TIG (GTAW) and stick (SMAW), in 304/304L and 316/316L, from thin-wall Sch 10 through Sch 40 and heavier, small-bore tubing to large-diameter headers.
And because we fit and weld the whole job, you get one self-sufficient welder-fitter on site instead of coordinating a separate fitter and welder. Beyond piping, we fabricate in stainless: catwalks, conveyors and support platforms, tables, counters and custom work to drawing, tanks, hoppers and vessels, and architectural exposed-finish welds.
